About Alexus

Alexus moved to Sylva, NC in 2015 after graduating from the University of South Florida. Since then, she has applied her passion for connecting with and caring for her community and clients to her real estate business. Through open communication and negotiation utilizing research, she skillfully balances both sides of the business — by ensuring her buyers get the best deals, and her sellers get a quick turnaround for top dollar. Alexus is one of our resident AirBnB experts, she manages her own properties, and helps investor clients navigate the vacation rental market. In her spare time, Alexus enjoys traveling, hiking, and going to the lake.
